This listing includes resources available to patients in the Erie area and surrounding regions. The resources include healthcare facilities, cancer navigators, treatment information, financial and legal assistance programs, home healthcare, palliative care and hospice services, education, counseling and support groups.

Most people diagnosed with cancer want to be involved in making decisions regarding the treatment plan. There are many resources that will help you find out more about the disease. One of the most important resources you will have regarding your cancer diagnosis is your Primary Care Physician. Your physician will help guide you through the process of follow up and referrals to best meet your needs.
